The Indianapolis Colts have signed wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr. to a three-year contract extension, According to NFL insider Jordan Schultz, Pittman and the Colts have reached an agreement on the extension worth up to $71.5 million, including $46 million guaranteed. Pittman also confirmed the news Monday on X, writing “staying home” on the post.

Indianapolis placed its franchise tag on the 26-year-old Pittman earlier this offseason, which would’ve paid him $21.8 million for the 2024 season. Pittman was the first Colts player to receive the franchise tag since former punter Pat McAfee in 2013.

The second-round pick in the 2020 NFL Draft logged 336 catches for 3,662 yards and 15 scores over his first four seasons with the Colts, totaling a career-high 109 catches for 1,152 yards and four touchdowns in 16 games last season. He led the team in receiving yards in each of the last three years.
