Two suspects accused of attempting to rob an ATM at the Berkshire Bank in Norwich were arrested in Rocky Hill yesterday after they fled from police. Officers say 24 year old Mark Francis Chee-You and 30 year old Euries Tejada were taken into custody on I-91 after their vehicle drove the wrong way on an off ramp and stopped. 

A man has been arrested in Connection to a Waterford crash that killed two people last February. Officers say 22 year old Robert Sewell of Colorado was under the influence when he crashed the vehicle he was driving resulting in the deaths of his passengers, 24 year old Dylan Richey and 23 year old Bramm Miller. 

A body was found at Mohegan Park in Norwich on Sunday. Officers say a person saw something in the ground and called authorities. The identity of the victim and the cause of death remains unclear as police continue to investigate. 

Groton police are investigating a shooting that happened at Midnight Hookah Lounge on Pleasant Valley Road early Sunday morning. Officers say that multiple people shot at each other in the parking lot after a fight. No injuries have been reported at this time. 

Police have identified a man who was killed after a two car crash on Burlington Road in Groton. Officers say 40 year old Charles Vandermark’s vehicle crossed the double yellow line and struck another car. He died of his injuries. A woman and her five year old daughter were injured in the crash.
